Mark Maybee
CEO + Founder
Mark founded Fusion in 2020 with a dual purpose: to help customers achieve their ambitions while empowering employees to realize their aspirations. Before founding Fusion, he held executive and business leadership roles at Eaton Corporation, Danaher Corporation, and in private equity. Mark earned a BSME from Penn State University and both an MBA and MEM from Northwestern University. He is passionate about building a portfolio of highly capable businesses focused on driving customer breakthroughs and is dedicated to shaping Fusion’s strategy and culture to achieve these goals. Outside of work, Mark enjoys time with his family and the outdoors.
Dan Patterson
Chief Financial Officer
Dan joined Fusion Enterprises in 2024 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to Fusion, he spent more than a decade at Milliken & Company in a variety of financial and business leadership roles across the textile and chemical industries. A Certified Public Accountant, Dan earned both his B.S. and master’s degree in accounting from Wake Forest University. At Fusion, he leads the development of financial strategies that drive profitable growth and operational excellence, while ensuring disciplined governance and risk management. Dan partners closely with the executive team and board of directors to align financial performance with the company’s strategic vision and core values. Outside of the office, you will find Dan spending time with his wife and four children and always working with his hands.
Ryan Darnell
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
As Vice President of Sales, Ryan guides commercial activities for all subsidiary companies under Fusion. He works with customers across the DOE complex, commercial nuclear utilities, and naval and defense sectors. With nearly 20 years of experience in engineering, sales, and business development, Ryan has built and led high-performing teams across the energy and industrial markets. He began his career at Caterpillar Inc.’s Energy & Transportation division, supporting R&D and commercial sales of large engines and power systems across marine, oil & gas, and electric power segments. He holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and takes a customer-focused approach centered on a deep understanding of client objectives and delivering tangible results. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys time with his wife and three children, travel, fitness, and the outdoors.
LV Hanson
Vice President, HR & Culture
LV Hanson leads people, talent, and culture strategy at Fusion Enterprises, partnering with leaders to build scalable systems and a culture that fuels growth, performance, and long-term success. With more than 20 years of experience, a team-centric approach shaped by professional athletics, and formal training across HR, leadership, and organizational culture, LV is committed to making culture a true competitive advantage and positioning Fusion as an employer of choice. Outside of work, he is guided by faith, grounded in family and community, and energized by outdoor adventure—whether chasing new passport stamps, snowboarding in the mountains, staying active through sport, or working to shave a few strokes off his golf game.
Warren Brandon
President, Master Machine
Warren has served as President of Master Machine since 2014, leading the company through a strategic transformation into high-specification markets and driving significant growth in the nuclear sector. Following Master Machine’s acquisition by Fusion Enterprises in 2023, he continues to lead with a focus on innovation, operational excellence, and customer success. With more than 20 years of manufacturing and engineering experience, Warren has worked extensively across the Department of Energy, Department of Defense, commercial nuclear power generation, and naval nuclear programs. He holds a B.S. in Engineering and an MBA from the University of Arkansas. Warren is passionate about solving complex challenges for customers. Outside of work, he is a devoted husband and father of three, and enjoys hunting, fishing, and flying as a licensed private pilot.
Michael Conyers
Chief Operations Officer
As Chief Operations Officer of Master Machine, Mike drives operational excellence and performance across the organization. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland system and has devoted his career to manufacturing leadership. Mike began with Danaher Corporation, where he advanced from Manufacturing Engineer to Business Unit Manager while gaining deep expertise in Toyota Production System principles. He went on to hold manufacturing leadership roles with Hubbell Inc., served for more than a decade as a Toyota Production System Consultant to organizations across diverse industries, and later directed Asia Pacific operations for Culligan Water International, based in Sydney, Australia. At Master Machine, Mike focuses on building organizational strength and operational discipline to support long-term growth. Outside of work, he enjoys the outdoors and spending time with his six grandchildren.
